Jerry Dirmann is the author and founder of OPERATION: SOLID LIVES. He was a youth pastor in a Foursquare Church, and later the National Youth Director for the Foursquare Church and now the Senior Pastor of the Rock Foursquare Church in Anaheim, CA. It was in 2003 that the Lord impressed Pastor Jerry to disciple his congregation using a modified version of a youth discipleship program he had written years earlier. Jerry called this version, “OPERATION: SOLID LIVES” (OSL). While OSL started out slowly, by 2004 it had exploded. By 2008, OSL began to spread to other churches throughout the United States and Internationally. Now OSL is being used by hundreds of churches, resulting in thousands of lives being radically transformed.
